    Note: If any of your edition(s) do not accompany a Certificate of Authenticity your valuation will be based on a “replacement value” of the said item(s) it will not be valued based on the signatures on the edition as there is no way to verify the authenticity of the signatures.

    Description

    How To Process Your Valuation Order:

    This is a very simple and efficient process. To have your edition(s) valued, select the number of editions you would like valued from the drop-down box above, add this to your cart, fill in the areas of your personal information required, Checkout and finalise your valuation request by making payment. We will then assess and process your valuation and email you your valuation certificate(s). In most cases, we will be able to supply your valuation certificate on the same business day, if not it will be supplied within 24hours. If we need any further information from you I will be sure to contact you promptly.

    Valuation Storage:

    Your valuation will be kept in a secure storage for a period of 12 months from the date of valuation. If for any reason you need this again within this time frame simply contact me and I will email it to you. After the 12-month period has expired a new valuation will be required for your edition(s)

    Pricing Structure:

    1 Item: $55 including GST

    2 Items: $100 including GST

    3 Items: $149 Including GST

    4 Items: $189 Including GST

    5 Items: $234 Including GST

    6 Items: $280 Including GST

    7 Items: $329 Including GST

    8 Items: $375 Including GST

    9 Items: $396 Including GST

    10 Items: $440 Including GST

     

    What we need to value your edition(s):

    • 1 x clear image of each edition being valued – showing the entire front of the edition
    • 1 x clear image of the certificate of Authenticity – showing the complete document

     

    Important Valuation Note:

    We are not authenticators and can not authenticate signatures on any edition. If the editions you are requesting to have valued do not accompany a reputable Certificate of Authenticity we will not be able to value your edition(s). If your edition is officially licensed and endorsed by a governing sporting body and the Certificate of Authenticity has been miss placed, due to the parameters that are put in place for the guarantee of authenticity from the official governing sporting bodies which they include within their editions such as logos, edition numbers, licensee details, and or holograms we can still value these editions for you if these editions include all of the details.

    Any edition that is requested to be valued that does not meet the above criteria will be refunded in full.

    Official Governing Sporting Bodies means items that have been produced under license and with the approval of the likes of the AFL, NRL, Cricket Australia, NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and others.

     

    High Value Editions Fee:

    Please note in exception to the above valuation pricing table, High End Edition valuations will incur the below valuation fees

    $20,000 - $50,000 = $99 per item

    $50,001 - $100,000 = $165 per item

    $100,001 + = $220 per item

    If you feel your edition may fall into one of the "High End" values please contact us prior to submitting your valuation request online so we can submit the invoice to you manually. If valuations are submitted online and they do come into the "High End" bracket we will contact you to discuss this prior to finalising the valuation.
